The GERSAM meetings initiated by Gregor Antoniadis and Mario Siqueira in 2015 have been a true success story with following events in Rio de Janeiro and Berlin. Pandemics kept us from coming together earlier, that is why we would like to “get back on track” and continue with this fantastic experience.
As a general topic we want to discuss with you the Boundaries and New Horizons of today’s Peripheral Nerve Surgery.

In the two days of GERSAM a top-level faculty will discuss the boundaries and new horizons in peripheral nerve surgery. This will cover both clinical, scientific topics and strategic thoughts that are meant to stimulate discussions to push our field further.

Theoretical and Practical Course on Peripheral Nerves and Brachial Plexus > March 24st - 26nd 2025
The 2nd joint EANS FLANC AANS theoretical and practical course on peripheral nerves and brachial plexus will be immersion into the fascinating field of peripheral nerves. Everyt- hing from clinical examination, diagnostics and treatment of peripheral nerve compres- sion, trauma, tumor and inflammation will be presented by high-ranking international faculty during the first two days. On day three, for a limited number of participants there will be the unique possibility go in cadaver lab and dissect with the guidance of the same faculty. An occasion not to be missed!
